Do you have any siblings or cousins of school going age who are not going to school?

BACKGROUND

In 2003, the World Bank launched its Secondary Education in Africa project to enhance the expansion and improvement of secondary education as a priority in Africa. But secondary education is still much rarer than primary education across the continent for many reasons: lack of funding for buildings, lack of school fees, and secondary school students are old enough to work to support their families, which are usually poverty stricken.
