What do you think is the number one challenge faced by women in our region?

 BACKGROUND

March 8th is international Womens day! All over the world people will stand still to celebrate the successes, and remember the challenges women face around the globe. In Uganda, we also celebrate this day and hope that everybody (both men and women) will support womens rights.

We have done some research to identify some of the key challenges facing women, such as no economic empowerment. It is common for a family to find itself in poverty after a father dies. Defilement and sexual violence are also issues suffered by women all over the globe. Early marriages, causing girls to drop out of school, is another one.

We would like to ask our dear listeners to help us identify what you think is the number one challenge faced by women in our region of Uganda!
