What do you think is the best way to reduce traffic accidents?

BACKGROUND
Traffic accidents are the single biggest killer of young people between the ages of 15 and 29 worldwide. In response, the UN has declared the years between 2011 and 2020 as the Decade of Action for Roads Safety.

Despite that, Uganda’s roads are still among the most dangerous in Africa, according to the World Health Organization. On average there are 61 accidents and nine deaths throughout the country as a result of traffic evidence.

The government is looking to the new National Road Safety Authority (NRSA) to improve the situation. The NRSA, which will replace the National Road Safety Council, will be responsible for advocacy, sanitation, awareness campaigns, and lobbying for more funding to improve road safety.

C. Improve quality of the roads;
D. Stricter punishments for violators.
