On Thursday
11th,June 2015 Uganda’s
Minister of Finance Hon. Matiya Kasaija read the Nation’s budget for the
financial year 2015/16 and it highlighted some sectors having meager budgets
than others. This is likely to cause some imbalances in service delivery taking
in mind that we are relying on donor funds over 60% unlike the 2014/15 budget
where government financed over 75% of the budget.
