Based on the 2015/16 budget allocations, do you think government has tackled people’s expectations in the different sectors?

On Thursday 11th,June 2015 Uganda’s Minister of Finance Hon. Matiya Kasaija read the Nation’s budget for the financial year 2015/16 and it highlighted some sectors having meager budgets than others. This is likely to cause some imbalances in service delivery taking in mind that we are relying on donor funds over 60% unlike the 2014/15 budget where government financed over 75% of the budget.
Question:
Basing on the 2015/16 budget allocations to different sectors, do you think the government has tackled all people’s expectations in different sectors?
A. The Budget was excellent all sectors received enough allocations of funds
B. The Budget was very unfair important sectors did not receive enough funds
