In your opinion, should the making of charcoal be restricted to safe the forests in Uganda?

Background: Uganda loses close to 73,000 hectares of forest cover annually, which according to some experts, has been the country’s biggest climate threat. At the centre of deforestation is the lucrative charcoal trade. Many people in northen Uganda are making a living from this trade, popularly known as the 'black gold' trade.

Restricting the charcoal trade could result in many people losing their income!
