STA2.26: Since the elections, how has your elected LC5 Chairperson improved service delivery in your district?

Background

The LC5 is the highest level of the local government system and they are responsible for the entire district while lower Local council levels (I, II, III, IV) lead at village, parish, sub-county and county respectively.
An LC5 is elected by the people into office, together with the executive and the different representatives from the sub-counties. The council debates budgets, decisions and bylaws.

The current reigning LC5’s are 111 as corresponding to the number of districts in the country, they were elected early this year and have spend 6 months in office.
