CIPESA: What is the best way for citizens to ask for information from government bodies?

Background

The Right to Information is the capacity for every citizen in Uganda to request information such as budget allocations, service delivery and even local government performance on projects. In Uganda, the law enabling this is the Access to Information Act of 2005. However, few citizens are aware of this right and some who are aware fear making information requests.
