KAARO AGHA1.3: Should the elderly and disabled get priority on health care services?

Background

In most instances, health centers are characterized by long lines of patients trying to receive medication. Such lines can be unfavorable for the elderly and disabled as they usually take long before a patient is attended to by the medical personnel. This means that the elderly and disabled are likely to miss out on medical attention. With long distances to the health center in some areas also hindering them, we would like to ask if you think they should get priority on health care services.

Question
Should the elderly and disabled get priority on health care services?

a) No, first come first served.
b) Yes, formal regulations should be in place for health workers to prioritize the elderly and disabled.
c) Yes, Only if other patients agree.
