HITS CM 3.3: What would stop you from seeking medical treatment for a sexually transmitted disease?

Background

In a recent poll question, we conducted on this radio, findings show that provision of information and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Diseases are most required by youth. Examples of Sexual Transmitted Diseases are syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, HPV, and HIV. These are transmitted through unprotected sex. Most of these can easily be treated, but young people are often reluctant to go to a health facility. 

Question  

If you suspect to have a Sexually Transmitted Disease, what would stop you from seeking medical attention from a health worker?  

A) I don't trust health workers, they might disclose my issue 
B) I don't feel comfortable with a health worker of the opposite sex
C) I don't want to be judged by the health worker
D) The services are too far
E) I don't know where to go
