BABA HEPS 1.0: Where do you normally get medicine when you or a member of your family falls sick?

Background

Uganda has a high demand for essential medicines and commodities due to a heavy burden of communicable diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis; high maternal and childhood morbidity and mortality; and the emergence of non-communicable diseases like cancers, hypertension, and diabetes.
In the case of malaria alone, for instance, the country has the third highest number of deaths and one of the highest reported transmission rates of malaria in the world*.
In order to satisfy the high demand for essential medicines, Ugandans rely on a variety of options.
