Background

According to public health specialists, communication between a healthcare provider and the patient has a healing effect and is highly regarded in the field of medicine. For instance, effective communication can enable the doctor to understand the root cause of the patient’s illness and at the same time help him or her to gain the confidence and of the patient.
However, many times health workers do not share information such as the root cause of the illness or what medicine has been prescribed, what it’s for and whether or not it has any side effects on the patient.
