The Uganda Electoral Commission has restricted physical rallies in order to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Political parties disagree with this decision as it will be harder to reach their voters. Politicians say not everybody has access to Radio, TV, and Social media and it is more expensive to campaign this way.
