Background

In Uganda, certain offices of the government are responsible for teaching you about your rights. The Uganda Human Rights Commission is responsible for promoting Human Rights and freedoms in Uganda. This government body should provide information on your rights, to name a few: The ways the police should treat you, how you should be compensated if the government evicts you from your land, what medicine you should expect in your health facility, how you can report corruption and many more things.

We will present your views to our specialist guests during a 1-hour talk show on 3rd May at 5PM. Don’t forget to tune in to Voice of Karamoja to get the results of this Poll question!
