Background

The Constitution of Uganda gives people the right to come together peacefully in public to ask their leaders for help, share concerns, or bring attention to issues in their community. Sometimes, the rules about how to come together are not clear, or people are stopped from gathering. We want to know how much you know about this right to gather in public.

Question:
If you want to gather a group of people to peacefully show your unhappiness with your leaders, government rules, or any problem, what must you do?

A - Do nothing, just gather
B - Tell the police 3 days before
C - Ask the police for permission
D - It is not allowed to gather in Uganda to show unhappiness
