MEGA SS 2.3 | If you want to peacefully gather people to show your unhappiness with leaders, what must you do?

Background

The Constitution of Uganda gives people the right to come together peacefully in public to ask their leaders for help, share concerns, or bring attention to issues in their community. Sometimes, the rules about how to come together are not clear, or people are stopped from gathering. We want to know how much you know about this right to gather in public.
