Who should be held accountable for misleading adverts about schools?

BACKGROUND:
Natural competition and market mechanisms are often sufficient to ensure that parents and students are well-informed.
In our last poll question, most people say they would choose the schools that are easily accessible while others preferred schools that will safeguard the lives of the pupils.

However, the ability of some schools to inform that their offers are superior to their competitors are often silent about information which will later leave the parents or students regretting. In such cases, regulatory action may be required to ensure affirmative disclosures.

QUESTION:
Who should be held accountable for misleading adverts about schools?
A. Ministry of Education
B. The School administration
C. Uganda Communications Commission
D. Advertising Company
