Background:
Many time northern uganda has been doing it poor but atleast leaders and teachers and parent has been advocating to promote education in this region. Educatio  standard has really lag behind in this region and this has drown many concern to a way of promoting educational standards in the north to help children pass examinmations with good results.

C) still need long struggle to go.
