What is the best way of solving the problem of disarray animals in Mpondwe-Lubiriha town council?

KASESE GUIDE RADIO POLL QUESTION FOR THIS WEEK. For close to five years since the Mpondwe-Lubiriha town council was created, there have been many challenges ranging from sanitation, drainage, poor roads and health services. However, the most outstanding has been the issue to do with the rearing and grazing of domestic animals in the heart of the town council. In November last year, a woman was admitted to Bwera hospital after being attacked by a disarray cow that paralyzed the whole market. However, other people have lost merchandise to cattle that step on them. Most affected are the tomatoes, palm oil, second hand clothes sellers among others. There have been outcries from the venders in the market for the town council authorities to control the grazing of cattle in the town council but in vain. They have now threatened to demonstrate.

The question is; What is the best way of solving the problem of disarray animals in Mpondwe-Lubiriha town council?

a) Pass and strengthen by-laws
b) Taxes be levied on the animal owners
c) Market places should have gates to control cattle entrance
d) Chase the animals away from the town council
