What should be done to ensure that the people who are disaster prone in Kasese are out of danger?
BACKGROUND:
Last
year there was fear of disaster in Buwatha Village in Kilembe

Since
the crack was discovered, the Kasese district leadership is yet to come
up with a response plan to see how best the under-threat people can be
rescued or helped.
Some families have started leaving the area and they can only go back to cultivate.
In the past three years, Kasese has lost almost ten people to landslides - mostly children.
