Do you think restoring presidential term limits should be the priority to solve Uganda's social and economic problems?

BACKGROUND:
A group of Members of Parliament led by Youth MP for Western Region Gerald Karuhanga have drafted a private members bill seeking to reintroduce presidential term limits into the national constitution.

The MPs say there is need for term limits to be restored in to the constitution because they help leadership and authority rotate amongst people and improve on the system of checks and balances as well as counteract the mentality of holding onto power in perpetuity.
