BACKGROUND:
The Leader of opposition Nandala Mafaabi has ordered opposition MPs to return the 5m shillings meant to facilitate them during marriage bill consultation because it was not necessary for them to be paid.

Recently, President Yoweri Museveni directed the clerk to Parliament to facilitate each MP with five million shillings to ease their movement in the constituencies as they consult on the marriage and divorce Bill.
