A UPDF Soldier was arrested over alleged robbery. The soldier attached to Gulu 4th Division, reportedly stole shs10,000 from a boda boda cyclist and shs20,000 from a passer by.

In Amuru the residents accused the police for poaching. A resident Lakang said gunshots are always heard in the nearby Murchison Falls National Park.
