should red meat be banned to save Ugandans from possible threat of heart diseases?

Meat is a delicacy of most people in Uganda. The families where red meat is regularly bought is said to be feeding well than that one who do not have it regularly.

Recently the ministry of health reported that the majority of heart related diseases are attributed to eating red meat regularly.
In the urban Kampala it is reported that 32% compared to Kabale 23% are diagnosed with heart diseases.The public is advised to eat white meat more than red meat.
