BACKGROUND
Uganda is one of the many countries with growing information needs. Information has become a very key force in driving development and social change around the world and in local communities in Uganda.
However, access to information still remains a challenge for many Ugandans.
As such Civil Society Organisations and private information centers have been established to help close the gap. But the challenge remains, what kind of information do people need or want to see in these organisations or information centers.
