Kasese Guide Radio will this evening (Wednesday October 30) host a talk show concerning the upcoming PLE exams. The talk show will feature the district chairman Lt. Col. Mawa Muhindo, the Inspector of schools and representatives from the civil society.

Kasese Guide Radio has been performing poorly in the PLE results especially public schools that are under the UPE. Many players who include teachers, pupils, parents and political leadership have always apportioned blames against each other for the poor performance.

The Question has always been who is responsible for that poor performance when the parents have put children in school, government is providing resources and the teachers are doing their work.
