What should be done to encourage people to test for HIV/AIDS status in your area?

BACKGROUND:
Recently President Museveni and his wife Janet tested publicly to encourage people to test and know their status for HIV/AIDS. Even though President Museveni's HIV status was not revealed because of confidentiality, many people commended the President for taking the initiative to show people that Testing is good.

In Uganda majority of the people who are sexually active have not tested for their HIV status. Some experts say that people who are not aware of their HIV status are more vulnerable to attract HIV/AIDs because they are more likely to be reckless with their life.

In this poll question we need to know what can be done to encourage people to test for HIV in our areas.
