BACKGROUND:
Kyenjojo District is one of the Districts in the Rwenzori sub region which was curved out of Kabarole District in 2002. Ever since, it has been working hard to ensure there is improvement in services delivered to the people through government programs such as NAADs, Universal Primary and Secondary Education among others.

2012 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results show that Kyenjojo District was one of the Districts, which did not perform well in Uganda. Kyenjojo District improved her performance in Primary Leaving Exam results in 2013.
