Which tax increment in the 2014/15 national budget will affect your life the most?

BACKGROUND 
On June 12th, Uganda’s Minister of Finance Maria Kiwanuka, presented Uganda’s budget for the year 2014/15, and had this to say about it:   

“With this budget, we shall build modern and lasting infrastructure, we shall deliver services, create jobs, eliminate poverty, increase incomes and ultimately improve the overall quality of life of Ugandans”.  

If the budget is approved, a 15 percent tax will be charged on winnings from sports betting. There shall also be a 10% increase on money withdrawal fees, bank charges, and money transfer fees. You will also pay more for petrol, diesel, kerosene and even basic household items like sugar and salt.
