Campaign 1 - Human Rights Awareness

The Sauti Stream is a gathering of citizen voices that, like many drops of water, forms a powerful river of public opinion. Interactive radio talk shows hosted on a network of 11 popular radio stations across Uganda form a ‘river of voices’ that brings millions of radio listeners together to share their personal views and collectively debate matters of public importance.
Teenage pregnancies and SGBV
This campaign targets teenage pregnancies and SGBV by identifying key contributing factors, developing an evidence-based plan for three regions, and raising awareness about associated risks.
Inclusive social norms and the position of women in Uganda
The Serious Citizens campaign collaborated with 9 radio stations across Uganda to produce a series of interactive radio talk shows on inclusive social norms and the position of women in Uganda.
Voices of Change - A deeper understanding of TRAC FM's methodology
The Voices of Change campaign will bring on a national debate on citizens perspectives of democracy in the run-up to the 2021 general elections in Uganda. At the same time TRAC FM will research how these radio programs affect citizens and communities.
Transitional Justice in Northern Uganda
This campaign coincides with the recent approval of the June 2019 National Transitional Justice Policy and focuses on a 10-year post-conflict period with the aim of facilitating public discussions and reflection on citizen’s experiences of the conflict.
